How do I place an order?
We have tried to make ordering your banners/posters as simple as possible. By following the instructions on the website you can order your banners/posters in 4 easy steps.
- Choose the size, type and quantity.
- Save your banners/posters to the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout to order your banners/posters.
- After payment upload any artwork required via your account.
When you have placed your order and payment has been accepted you will receive an email with an order number.
What types of materials do you print on?
The recommended Media is PVC. The recommended standard is 440gsm. Once we hem your banner this doubles to 880gsm around the eyelets or "stress points". We can also print onto Mesh or Eco materials, quotations available on request.
What resolution do you print at?
We print everything at 720dpi.
How long does a banner last?
This is really dependant on how and where the banner is used and how well you look after it. They are all fully weather proof and fade resistant. In general terms they have a long life expectancy though we cannot guarantee the weather.
Will I get confirmation of my order?
When you have placed your order a confirmation email will be sent to you with an order number – this order number must be used when uploading your artwork. If you are uploading your artwork directly after making payment, the order number will automatically appear in the file upload section of the site.
Can you design my banner?
We offer a bespoke design service which is "free of charge". We shall take your ideas, requirements, logos and messages to create a design that matches your brief. This will be sent to you as a proof for your approval.
How do I upload my own files for printing?
When you click on the upload file link you will be prompted to browse for your file on your computer. When you have located your file, select upload and your file will be transferred to us using a secure FTP server. This process may take some time depending on file size and network traffic.
If you have made a payment and received a confirmation number but intend to upload your file at a later date, please save any files using the order confirmation number as part of the file name. This will speed up the production process and ensure that your banners are delivered on time.
What file formats are acceptable?

When will my banner/poster be delivered?
We will endeavour to have your banner with you in 3-5 working days (from approval of artwork proof). Seasonal demands do sometimes lead to extended lead times. If you require a faster delivery time please contact us on 0844 504 6596 – it’s worth a try!
I received the wrong order. What can I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong banner, please contact us immediately and within 5 days of receipt to let us know of the problem. Include the order number in your correspondance. All queries of this nature should be made to info@bannersxpress.co.uk or by phone to 0844 504 6596. We shall resolve the issue immediately for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Paypal, credit card, bank transfer & cheque. Please note if paying by cheque or bank transfer, goods will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer or cheque please contact us on info@bannersxpress.co.uk or 0844 504 6596 for confirmation of payment details.
What is covered by your money back guarantee?
If you are unhappy with the service received or the product, please contact us at info@bannersxpress.co.uk detailing the order number and nature of the complaint. We shall endeavour in the first instance to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that we cannot agree on a resolution we will refund you in full for the order. Late delivery resulting from a courier issue is not covered by our money back guarantee. Should an order be delayed due to a production issue we shall notify you of this in advance.
My order has been submitted and acknowledged but I have not received my design proof?
We aim to proof your order within 24 hours by email. Sometimes the receiving computer views this as Spam/Junk mail. If you have a delay in receiving your proof please contact us on 0844 504 6596 or email info@bannersxpress.co.uk.
